Kam Yin commenced her pupillage in MessrsĀ Shatar Tan & Chee and was given training in various aspects of banking litigation, auction matters and conveyancing matters. Upon completion of her pupillage, she was admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 9th October 2009 whereby she joined Messrs Tay & Helen Wong and was exposed to various aspects of civil litigation and general litigation matters.
She subsequently joined Messrs Rashid Tasin, K.L. Tan & Low and she has been involved in various corporate and commercial matters, conveyancing matters as well as family law matters involving sale and purchase of property transactions, tenancy and lease, loan and financing related matters for both conventional and islamic facilities. Currently specialising in banking and conveyancing matters, she continues advising clients on land acquisition matters, auction matters, tenancy, commercial agreements and so on.
Kam Yin joined Lavinia, Dell Akbar, Tee & Partners and continue her practice in the areas of conveyancing, sub-sales, bank loans, auction matters and tenancies.
