Overview

In 2005, after she has completed her secondary school studies, she decided to pursue a career in law and studied the LLB Degree with the University of Reading, United Kingdom. Thereafter, she proceeded to take the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in University of the West of England and completed with Competent.

She decided to apply for her pupillage at Hisham Yoong~K.C.Lim due to its diverse areas of practice and expertise. She successfully completed her pupillage and due to her outstanding performance, she was offered a position as a Legal Assistant. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014.

Tse Wooi started off by attending to general conveyancing, banking and finance, having assisted in all aspects of numerous transactions including sales and purchases, tenancies, bank loans and charges. She deals regularly with various banks and other financial institutions, developers, the land offices in KL and Selangor and the Inland Revenue Board.

In 2015, she decided to expand her legal career not only in conveyancing matter but also in litigation. She joined Messrs Jerald Gomez & Associates and was one of the better known firm in the country. She assisted Senior Partner in conducting civil suits at courts of first instance and also industrial court through to hearings and trials. She also has been 2nd counsel in the appellate courts.

Her expertise includes handling contract, wills, probate and administration of estates, defamation, negligence and matrimonial law. She also has experience in the execution of judgments including handling bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings as well as enforcement.
