Overview

Lavinia Lim was called to the bar on 10 December 2004. She has experience in litigation matters and is equally at ease with non contentious matters. In the field of litigation she has appeared in court representing Developers, Banks, Companies and individual in multi various area ranging from debt recovery to complex area of receivers and managers She has also appeared in Court in cases involving sale of goods, insurance claims as well as banking related claims.

Miss Lavinia is also very much involved in real estate particularly property and land acquisition, joint venture agreements between property developers and land owners , disposal and leasing of real property assets and structuring of entities for holding of real property assets. She also provides advice to property developers on residential, commercial and industrial property development projects . She also advices them on regulatory issues and other related contracts in relation to development .

With extensive experience in managing complex real estate cases and property cross transfers, Lavinia’s client base includes banks, property developers, liquidators, statutory corporations and local and foreign private real estate funds.
