Overview

Mr. Airul is a LLB. graduate of University Technology MARA and he also holds a LLM from Warwick University, UK. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in January 1999. He joined Messrs. Lavinia, Dell Akbar, Tee & Partners as a legal assistant in January 2013.

He has experience in corporate and commercial transaction, corporate finance (IPO), capital markets (sukuk issuance) and joint ventures. Apart from general corporate advisory works, his legal expertise and experience includes due diligence exercise for project financing, rights issue, acquisition and investigative purposes, advising on compliance and liaising with authorities for approvals, advising company secretarial matters, reviewing legal related document for PDS issuance and interest schemes, employment and work permit issues, establishing representative office and drafting commercial agreements which includes amongst others shareholders, joint venture, sale of business, tenancy, sponsorship, distribution, settlement, arranger agreement and service agreement. In Messrs. Lavinia, Dell Akbar, Tee & Partners his work covers mainly corporate commercial and conveyancing matters.
