Overview

Siew graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in year 2021. He then commenced his pupillage at Messrs Lavinia, Dell Akbar, Tee & Partners and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2022.

During his pupillage, Siew primarily specialised in all sorts of conveyancing practices including but not limited to drafting and preparing documentation, including but not limited to Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, Memorandum of Transfer, Memorandum of Charge, Discharge of Charge, and others. Siew also has experience in dealing with general litigation matters. 

Having prior experience in developer projects, sub-sale as well as property management, Siew plays an active role in giving legal opinions and advices to individual clients, developers, real estate agents, various banks and other financial institutions. 

Currently, Siew is commencing practice as a Legal Associate in Messrs Lavinia, Dell Akbar, Tee & Partners.
